About PECC

The Professional Education & CPD Council (PECC) — an independent professional standards and certification organisation established under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (Pakistan).

PECC operates a voluntary standards, certification, and public information framework supporting transparency, quality assurance, ethical practice, and public confidence within the Continuing Professional Development (CPD), professional certification, training, and accreditation sectors.

PECC works with accreditation organisations, training providers, certification bodies, educational institutions, and professional development organisations operating in Pakistan and internationally.

Complaints & Review Unit

Handles concerns, complaints submissions, public reports, and transparency-related reviews.

Independence Statement

PECC operates as an independent voluntary standards and certification organisation. PECC does not function as a commercial training provider for the purpose of certifying its own training operations within the same framework, except where transparently disclosed.

Separation of Functions

Neutrality & Impartiality

PECC is not a statutory regulator and does not possess legal enforcement authority.
