Listing Corrections

PECC maintains a public register of organisations for transparency and due diligence purposes. Organisations that believe information published within a PECC listing is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated may request corrections.

Important Notice

PECC is not a statutory regulator and does not hold legal enforcement authority. Where complaints involve matters falling under the jurisdiction of regulatory or legal authorities, PECC may recommend referral to the appropriate body, including but not limited to:

  • Consumer protection authorities
  • Advertising regulators
  • Data protection authorities
  • Relevant legal authorities

Complaint Submission Requirements

Complaints should include:

  • Full name and contact details of complainant
  • Name of organisation concerned
  • Detailed description of concern
  • Supporting evidence or documentation
  • Relevant dates and references

Anonymous complaints may not be processed unless sufficient supporting evidence is provided.

Certification Misuse Reporting

If an organisation falsely claims PECC certification or improperly uses PECC logos or marks, please report immediately to:
